GENERAL:
1. Please do NOT mint my art into NFTs or use my artwork for anything related to cryptocurrency. I don't condone them and failure to follow these rules will result in getting blacklisted.
2. I don’t allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Please do NOT upload/involve my artwork with anything related to AI sites.
3. Credit is required whenever the artwork is used.
4. Clients MUST be 18 years or older.
5. I have the right to use commissions as future examples on commission sheets. However, if you want your commission to remain private, please let me know!
6. Illustrations: Personal use(schedule art, social media, icons, banners, etc.) is always allowed. However, commercial use (merch, prints to sell) for illustrations is not allowed.
7. I have the right to refuse any inquiries that make me feel uncomfortable for any reason.

PROGRESS + DEADLINES:
1. Due to health reasons, I cannot deliver art by a strict date or deadline.
However, timeframes/SOFT deadlines such as “before December” or “the end of April” are allowed!
2.The maximum amount of time I give for each project is 1 month.
If I get the project done after 1 month/specified timeframe, I deduct the total charge by 5% per delayed week.
3. Progress previews will be shown. During the sketching and lineart process, changes can be requested.
Once the artwork is in the flat coloring phase, only color corrections can be done.
4. I will initiate the transaction to avoid any accidental transactions. All transactions are done via a Stripe invoice I send.
5. Payment is expected once I show a preview/previews of the fully finished piece. I will send you a ZIP file once payment is received!
6. If you decide to cancel your order after I've started working on your commission, you must pay a kill fee of 50% your original order.

COMMISSION FORMS:
- If asked to draw in another artist's exact style, your commission will be refused. Please also keep in mind that my coloring style is more saturated instead of more realistic.
- It is strongly recommended to provide visual references-- I cannot work off of text alone. Flat colors are preferred.
- When contacting me about your commission inquiry, please tell me what your favorite trope in media is. It can be a relationship dynamic, a character trope, or even something you’d find on TVTropes.
This lets me know you fully read through and agree to the conditions listed here and give both client and artist a small ice breaker.
Please notify me ASAP if the initial email you give me has changed, or else the commission may be refused if I can't reach you. Please keep in mind that failure to comply with any of the terms listed here will result in your inquiry getting denied. Thank you for reading!💛

- "Son" or "Sonny" is the character, the one who lives in the lore that's written.
- "Shushpun" is the creator, the person with too many hobbies who created this brainrot spaghetti.
A bear whose soul merged with a spirit of Halloween when she was young. As a season spirit, she helps bring the weather and feelings of autumn, especially Halloween, to many universes. And as a Halloween spirit, she deals with the more dangerous time-related.... hiccups in universes.Despite the joy of punching slashers and traveling through worlds, life gets lonely as a duty-driven season spirit. She encountered entertainers known as “vtubers” during one of her stops and their passion inspired her.Eventually, she decided to combine her interests and hobbies into a creative outlet to do off-duty. She hopes it will help her connect to others in a more proper and meaningful manner, even if it's spreading a bit of cheer through making people (hopefully) laugh or finally playing her game queue.
